The journey of 'NeutralExchangeZone' commenced with one vision: delivering true Neapolitan pizza to Lyon. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our little pizzeria was born from a family endeavor spanning generations of recipe perfection.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor, mastered the pizza craft wandering across Italy and apprenticing with Neapolitan pizza virtuosos. Returning to the UK, she vowed to replicate the distinct taste of quintessential Italian pizza, adhering to age-old traditions and procuring the premium ingredients.
Our original 12-seat pizza nook has evolved into a cherished community staple yet our dedication to sublime quality and genuine tastes stands firm. We maintain traditional wood-firing techniques, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and choose only the finest components for our dishes.
'NeutralExchangeZone' is still rooted in its family origins, now steered by the second generation of the Rossis. Despite integrating modern advancements, the soul of our operation endures: sculpting delectable, sincere pizza that unites our patrons.
